Lady Vikings Will Follow Up With Home Double Header versus Chowan University on Sunday at 2:00pm

	Sophomore pitcher Livia Baker (pictured) and the ECSU Lady Viking softball team will open up the 2007 season against Shippensburg University on Friday in Elizabeth City, NC.

ELIZABETH CITY, NC-The Elizabeth City State University Lady Viking Softball team will open up the 2007 season on Friday, February 23rd on ECSU campus.

On Friday the Lady Viking softball team will play host to nationally ranked Shippensburg (PA) University at 1:00pm. It will represent the season opener for both teams with the visiting Lady Raiders entering the contests ranked at No. 20 in the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Division II Pre-Season Top 25 poll. ECSU will then host the Chowan University Lady Braves on Sunday, February 25 at 2:00pm.
