ELIZABETH CITY, NC- The Elizabeth City State University Bowling team will host the Beach Open Tournament beginning today at Nags Head Lanes in Nags Head, NC.

The Lady Vikings, who went 6-4 in their season opener hosted by Winston-Salem State last weekend, will welcome six teams in a two match, one baker game competition. The teams include Hampton University, North Carolina Central, St. Francis, Winston-Salem State, Bowie State and Howard University.

On Friday match play will begin at 12 Noon while Saturday games will start at 10:00am. Baker games (team total pin fall) will take place on Sunday at 9:00am. For more information on ECSU Athletics, visit www.ecsuvikings.com.
