ECSU Vikings Basketball Inks Two During Signing Period

ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. - The Elizabeth City State University men's basketball team received two National Letter of Intents during the early signing period.

Joining the 2017-18 Vikings squad is:

1. Marcus Wesley - a 6'5, 200 pound shooting guard/forward out of Winston - Salem, NC. Wesley finishes high school career at Charlotte Basketball Academy, averaging 22 points, nine boards, three assists, four blocks, and two steals per game.

2. Justin Faison - a 5'10, 160 pound point/shooting guard out of Brandywine, Md. Faison exhausted his high school career at Gwynn Park High School averaging, 23 points, 5.1 assists, 4.6 boards, 2.3 steals, and 0.2 blocks per game.

As the more NLIs become available, this list will be updated. ECSU has added:

3. Richard Lue - a 5-11 junior college transfer from Bronx Community College who averaged 23.4 minutes a game for the Broncos including 12.4 points per game, 4.8 boards per contest, 1.7 assists per game, and 1.9 steals per game.
